Made with toasted coconut instead of Kataifi - it's not only delicious BUT it is also GLUTEN FREE.
Our pistachio bunny is created by making a bunny shaped pistachio and toasted coconut treat mixed with white chocolate and enrobed in milk chocolate. It's a bit different to the Pistachio pie but equally delicious.
