Shipping policy

Shipping information for Wholesale orders details below – Please ensure you have read.

  • Pickup: you can pick up at our Store in Beenleigh (SE QLD). Mon-Fri 8.30am-3pm.
  • When you buy chocolates from us, we enter into a mutual agreement to get your chocolates to arrive to you in the best condition possible - we also need you to ensure you are available to receipt the delivery or provide an address where someone can.
  • Delivery cost:
    • For most deliveries, the Flat rate is $40+GST. This is usually for road express. Overnight may cost more.
    • In some cases, shipping may be higher due to location or larger orders - we will contact you if this is the case to confirm. 
    • If the only option to freight takes more than 2-3 days, we may choose either to not ship or confirm with you that you will be taking responsibility for any damage or melting of the chocolates.
    • You are welcome to organise your own freight/pickup.
    • Tracking: once you receive tracking information, please check on it so you know when your order is coming.
    • When is order shipped:
      • Wholesale orders normally take us longer to prepare or sometimes we need to make the item before shipping. If it is urgent please advise.
      • Allow a minimum 7 working days for wholesale orders to be prepared (and longer for seasonal orders).
      • We mostly don't dispatch on Thursdays or Fridays so please allow for this (unless local).
      • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are treated as Monday orders so will not be shipped until the following week at earliest.
    • How are Orders Shipped?
      • All Chocolates are sent via courier. 
      • Thermo Packaged in our custom made heat resistant boxes with ice packs to protect fragile items is.
      • This is via air or road courier.
      • Address: must be a physical address – we do not ship wholesale orders to PO boxes.
    • How long does it take?
      • Shipping normally takes 1-3 weekdays depending on your location.
      • We may hold orders if temperatures are plus 30 degrees in either our location or the recipient location and wait until the weather cools.
      • Shipping has sometimes taken longer during COVID.
      • If we expect it will not be delivered by the weekend, we may hold the order until the following week to mimimise travel time.
    • Redelivery fee: you may be charged a redelivery fee if you are not there to receipt delivery and some couriers charge up to $30 for this.
