We're always up for a challenge and, as Christmas neared, I thought "I wonder if we can make a Christmas fruit mince pie that tastes REALLY good with chocolate?!"
I personally find it hard to find a decent fruit mince pie. I dislike more than I like so I have stopped eating them altogether.
Until now! We have done it.😋 We have made a Chocolate Fruit Mince pie that is so delicious you will wish we made them year round!
They're obviously OUR version so pretty different to the traditional mince pie but so much better!

Made with a milk chocolate shell, Shortbread cookies, mixed fruit mince, mini vegan marshmallows, glace cherries, topped with more milk chocolate and decorated with hand piped white chocolate Christmas tree.
